Another early thing to decide on (mainly because it will have a huge impact on the rest of the planning) is how big you want your wedding to be. Many weddings in Ireland are a huge family occasion, which means that they take the bigger is better approach when it comes to guests. However, some couples want to keep things as small and intimate as possible, only sharing their day with a select few guests.

Work out your budget

Wedding size will impact much of your future planning, but another aspect that will make a difference is your budget. Not only does this mean that you are much more likely to find the ideal venue, but you also can get an idea of the type of places that you like.
